After you apply

The admissions process begins when you apply to a program and ends once you’ve met the admission requirements and accepted an offer to the program. When you accept your offer, you become an admitted student and you can move on to the registration process. If you’re conditionally admitted, you still must submit any outstanding admission requirements.

When contacting us, always include your OC ID number, your full name, and the program and campus you’ve applied to in the subject line of your email. This information helps us to provide faster service.

Step 1 - Submit required items

Admissions will send you an email informing you of outstanding items and deadlines. Depending on when you apply, we might not ask for all admission requirements at once. Only submit items that are requested in your email.

Review the email and submit any requested items. Once the academic admission requirements are met, we will request any additional documents.

Failure to list all institutions you attended on your application may be considered an intentional omission.

Failure to list all institutions or to provide transcripts for all institutions attended may lead to the cancellation of your application for admission or the withdrawal of your offer of admission.

Step 2 - Accept your offer

Your offer of admission will give a deadline to accept your offer and pay the tuition deposit. You must complete both steps to be admitted and secure your seat.

  1. To accept your offer of admission, go to > View my applications and find the term and application you want. Accept your offer.
  2. Pay your non-refundable tuition deposit. The amount and deadline can both be found in your offer of admission email.  You can pay your deposit in person with debit or cash, using online banking, or using PayMyTuition. More details on payment options can be found here.

Some applicants, like current high school students, are offered conditional admission. You have a seat in the program but still need to meet the admission requirements by the deadline.

Pay your tuition deposit
