Meet with a Disability Access Coordinator
Disability Access Services aim to provide equal access to educational opportunities by working collaboratively with students with disabilities. Students must provide some basic information prior to meeting with a coordinator. Questions about any of the required steps can be directed to the Disability Access Services team.
Step-by-step instructions
Step 1: Complete a disability self-assessment
Students must complete a  before receiving a booking link to schedule an appointment with a disability access coordinator. 

Step 2: Provide medical documentation
Please refer to the medical documentation table for information on eligible providers and the types of documentation required.
If you don't have recent documentation (within the last three years), please print the OC disability verification form and have it completed by a qualified health care provider.
Students unable to provide documentation are still encouraged to complete the and meet with a disability access coordinator to discuss next steps.
Step 3: We will contact you
Once Disability Access Services receives your self-assessment and documentation, they will contact you to schedule an appointment to discuss your options.
