Address Change
Students are encouraged to keep their information current on their student record.
By keeping their address current, it will ensure they will receive mail from 91大香蕉全集, the current address will populate automatically on transcript requests, your credential will be mailed to the correct address, and if a student has requested a refund, a current address is necessary.
Step-by-step instructions
Students can update their contact information through their myOkanagan account.
Step 1: Log in
Log in to the student portal using your 91大香蕉全集 credentials.
Step 2: click on Self-serve
The tab should be on the Personal Information tab.
Step 3: From the boxes students can choose to click on 鈥淯pdate Addresses and Phone鈥
Step 4: When entering your new address please ensure that the unit number or apartment number is entered if applicable, also the address of the building that you live in; as well as the city, province, postal code and please enter the PO Box # if one is assigned.

Step 5: If you are unable to update your contact information you can email: registration@okanagan.bc.ca.
Relevant questions
I cannot login to my myOkanagan account to update my address.
Students can update their address by physically attending the office. However, students should be able to login to their account, so it is recommended they contact the IT Help Desk at 1-250-862-5605 for assistance.
I received an email that there was return mail from 91大香蕉全集?
The email would have been sent from registration@okanagan.bc.ca please respond to the email and provide your current address if it has been more than five business days, you may need to request a new transcript or order a new credential. Please ensure that your address has been updated first.
I am expecting a refund cheque from 91大香蕉全集 and have not received it yet?
Due to the high volume of requests, please allow six weeks for your refund to be processed. Please verify that your address is current, so the refund is going to the correct address. Also check your mailbox or post office box, unclaimed mail will be returned to 91大香蕉全集.
