Submitting high school transcripts

As part of the admissions process, you’ll need to provide your high school transcripts. Wait for email confirmation that your application has been received by 91´óÏã½¶È«¼¯ before ordering your transcripts.   

For your transcripts to be considered official, they must be sent directly to 91´óÏã½¶È«¼¯ from your school, school board, or the Ministry of Education. They can be sent electronically, by email, or by mail. In some cases, we can accept transcripts in a sealed, unopened envelope if it was sealed by the issuing school or ministry. 

All transcripts are processed at the Kelowna campus. You can send your transcripts to the Kelowna campus or any other campus that’s convenient for you. For emailed transcripts, send them to admissions. 

 

How to order and submit high school transcripts

For provinces not listed below, please reach out to your former high school or ministry of education. 

For students who attended high school in British Columbia:

To request a transcript, complete a  

  • Select 91´óÏã½¶È«¼¯ (KLO or Kelowna campus) as the institution you want your final transcript sent to.
  • If you’re a current high school student, within the send options select: “Send interim and final marks when they become available. 

Your official transcript will be sent to the college electronically by the ministry of education right away. For current high school students, we’ll request an update at the end of the academic year.

For students who attended high school outside of British Columbia:

To request your high school transcript, follow these steps based on what province or territory you went to school: 

  • Alberta: to request it
  • Saskatchewan: and email it to 91´óÏã½¶È«¼¯
  • Manitoba: and send it to 91´óÏã½¶È«¼¯, or ask your high school to email it
  • Ontario: to email it to 91´óÏã½¶È«¼¯
  • Quebec: Fill out the
  • PEI, Nova Scotia, Newfoundland/Labrador, New Brunswick: Contact your school or school district.
  • Northwest Territories: Fill out the

Transcripts from the USA should be submitted to 91´óÏã½¶È«¼¯ from the school.  For International transcripts, please email Admissions or International Education for guidance. 
 
I did not graduate high school – dropped out before grade 11?

What if I applied to more than one program or campus? 
You normally only need to submit your transcripts once, even if you applied to multiple programs, intakes or campuses.  

I applied in the past. Do I need to send my transcripts again? 
Probably not. We keep most transcripts received in support of applications for seven years, so you probably will not need to submit them again.  However, if you’ve taken any additional classes or upgrading since last sending them, you may need to send a new, updated transcript.
